REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARATION THE THESES OF REPORTS IN CONFERENCE MATERIALS
The theses of reports should be sent by email:
et-healthy@nuft.in.ua format file *.doc (text editor Microsoft Word).
Theses are accepted until November 7, 2025
When writing theses, it is necessary to indicate the direction
The total volume of theses is 2-3 full format pages А4.
The language of the text is Ukrainian, English.
Text parameters: 12 pt, type font – «Times New Roman», line spacing – 1.
Page options – А4 (210х297 mm), page margins 2 cm, book orientation.
Tables. Each table should have a subject heading in bold type and a serial number if there are several tables.
Illustrations are made qualitatively, in graphic editors, placed in the text and provided in separate files. Captions to drawings are printed in direct font, the word “Fig.” with the number in italics.
Graphs and charts are made in Microsoft Excel, placed in the text and provided in separate files. The font in tables, figures, graphs and charts should be the same as in the main text.
Formulas are executed in the Microsoft Equation 3.0 object formula editor. The numbering of the formulas is in Arabic numerals in round brackets near the right margin of the page. Repetition of the same data in tables, figures and text is not allowed.
Physical, chemical, technical and mathematical terms, units of physical quantities and notations should be generally accepted. Physical quantities abbreviations of units should meet the requirements of the International System of Units (СІ).
The list of references is provided in accordance with the requirements of the National Standard of Ukraine SSU 8302:2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of compilation” or one of the styles included in the recommended list of styles for designing a list of scientific publications.
The organizing committee asks not to refer to the developments and publications of Russian and Belarusian scientists when writing theses!
The structure of theses reports:
- Thematic direction.
- UDC.
- The name of the theses of the report (bold font).
- Names and surnames of authors and co-authors (semi-bold font).
- Institution/organization in which the work was performed (italics).
- Main text and conclusions.
- Literature.
The materials of the conference will be printed in the author’s editorial office.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject materials that do not correspond to the thematic areas of the conference or are designed in violation of the requirements.
