The central theme of the conference will be the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, the features of healthy nutrition and an interdisciplinary approach to health maintenance issues. As part of the meeting of the Organizing Committee, a professional exchange of views on topical topics was held. In particular, the main directions for plenary sessions, panel discussions and master classes were determined.
One of the key issues was the continuation of work on the round table project launched in 2021. This project continues to develop, attracting new participants and partners to its activities.
The next important stage of preparation will be the holding of an interdisciplinary round table in April, which will allow bringing together experts from different fields.
The preparation will be detailed at an expanded meeting of the organizing committee, scheduled for February of this year.
The National University of Food Technologies (NUFT), as a basic partner of the conference, actively supports the initiative and provides its platform for popularizing the philosophy of healthy eating – the territory of healthy eating. The organizers invite all interested parties to join the project, participate in the development of programs, the creation and implementation of the release of health-promoting products aimed at supporting health.

The contribution of young participants deserves special attention, among whom Klyagin Yu., an employee of the VMZ NUHT, and Nizovskikh V., a graduate of NUHT, stood out.
